blah@blah.com).
Your nickname is what you use to identify yourself with.

You should get a new window pop up in which you will want to fill in with the following information:

Leave the port alone
Leave the group alone
Leave the password alone
Click OK

Now, on the left side panel, click on "Perform."
Check the box to "Enable perform on connect"
And in the main box you'll want to type in "/join #channel password"

Advanced Commands:
Highlighter (aka beeper)
These are instructions to setup your highlighter. Basically, while you're idling in our channel, you can set up irc so that it makes a noise and highlights your name when somebody says your name.
I use this feature often, so when I'm sitting around my room doing something, but am needed on irc, I'm alerted. This is very helpful for the kingdom.
To setup... remember earlier when I asked you to click on Perform?
Well, click on the "Options" button in the top left (first picture on this website)
1) On the leftside, go down to IRC and select Highlight.
2) Enable highlighting
3) Click Add
4) Highlight lines which contain these words ... insert your name here or what you prefer to be called by
You can opt to change the color
And of course play sound. I play something short and loud that gets my attention.
